The Problem

Triple H has always been a dealership that champions those slimy dealerships who dare to push forward, unapologetically. So when we got a call about them needing assistance on producing higher quality leads and more sales, we were ready to go! We wanted to chart our own path so we gave them an in depth audit and to our surprise they had multiple issues with their marketing. To stand apart, we harnessed the power of organic content and got together with the owner and developed scripts that we could in turn use for marketing but also feed it organically. #CheckOutTheRest👇

The Solution

Our first plan of attack was to study their current marketing metrics and see where we needed to start fixing linking and pixel issues. We performed a competitive analysis on the top Dealerships in the area and found a few common threads we could leverage on the buildout of the campaigns.  We decided to build two separate campaign strategies: One that had intensive targeting and more of a organic approach using our in house chatbot, The other method was using a 10 piece form to find out exactly what the potential customer was looking for. This resulted in $1-$2 leads and 28 units sold first month and 87 units sold after 90 days.

The Result

After a 90 day sprint, Creatives and Cohesive Campaigns which included our in house chatbot were monitored to see where we got the best result. Based on historical data and analytics history, we were able to determine where we should be serving specific ads to specific audiences.  Here is are some insights on the findings.

  • Users spent 30% more time visiting and browsing the website once we changed templates of vehicles hosted (videos were hosted, as well).
  • The brand guidelines for Triple H were distinct and helped us get calls plus opt-ins from our targeted traffic
  • Retargeting we were able to turn someone into a purvhaser on average after their 3rd visit to the site.
  • Increase in conversations started by 42%
  • 15% increase in organic form fills for credit applications.
