This Dealer had many problems, Some of the more major issues was lack of inventory. Lack of funds and no real sense of direction of how to operate. This ended up being our worst client to work with and we probably would never take a project like this again.

We cut ties with the client as he wouldn't pay his bill and demanded us to work for free. While this ended up in a loss for us, the dealer eventually got what was coming to him. As in the name "Consignment" since the dealer had lack of inventory he consigned many units from the locals and ended up pocketing the money and not paying a dime to the locals. Due to this he had his business default.
